This has got to be one of the most "pure Michigan" things ever, and it's certainly the epitome of MAC football. Central Michigan and Western Michigan, two Mid-American Conference rivals, kicked off against each other in a literal snowstorm.
We're talking whiteout conditions.
That may not sound like anything surprising for a game between two directional schools in Michigan, but you truly have to see this visual in order to believe it.

Seriously, this is like prime-time snow bowl stuff right there and it literally is why people love "MACtion."
Sure, there's the fact that schools like Kent State and Miami of Ohio literally battle with each other in the middle of the week once the weather gets cold. Just the fact that there's actual football on while we wait for the college or NFL weekend is a treat in itself, and it's why MACtion has become so popular over the years.
That, and the fact that these games are usually pretty entertaining. At the very least, as this game between CMU and Western Michigan proved, you never know exactly what you're going to see.
Long live the MAC.
