Northwestern set to interview Chris Collins next week
While Duke is en route to Philadelphia for their 29th NCAA Tournament appearance in the last 30 years, Northwestern University is making a strong push to hire Duke Associate Head Coach Chris Collins. Chicago Tribune’s Teddy Greenstein is reporting that the school has one interview set up with a coaching target, and the former Duke shooting guard is him.

The Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday named Jeff Capel as an assistant coach.
Capel has served as an assistant coach with the Charlotte Bobcats from 2004-10.
He also coached for in the NBA Development League and was a college head coach for 12 seasons, most notably at Old Dominion.
